Chefs’ Tin Bread
Drops of olive oil, black sesame seeds and a sprinkling of sea salt, baked and served crispy with fresh rocket.
Chefs’ Garlic Bread
Drops of olive oil, a scattering of garlic slices and a sprinkling of sea salt, baked and served crispy
Margo
Homemade tomato sauce with thin slices of buffalo mozzarella and a sprinkling of sea salt, served with fresh basil
Formaggio
A combination of feta, buffalo mozzarella and grated mozzarella cheeses, cooked until creamy and served with a garnish of fresh basil
Fungi
Fresh mushrooms topped with a sprinkling of garlic slices, sea salt and mozzarella cheese.
Salamimozza
Slices of buffalo mozzarella, hand-torn pieces of salami, thin strips of char grilled capsicum and a touch of sea salt, served with fresh basil.
Prosciutto
Tomato sauce, olives, thin slices of buffalo mozzarella and a touch of sea salt, served with prosciutto, fresh basil and drops of olive oil.
Vego
thinly sliced red onion, a mixture of marinated vegetables and a sprinkling of sea salt topped with mozzarella cheese.
Classic Anchovy
A thick coating of homemade tomato sauce, hand placed and evenly spaced anchovy fillets, a scattering of fresh chilli and a sprinkling of sea salt, served crispy and with drops of olive oil.
Desserts
Chocolate Calzone
A folded pizza, filled with pieces of chocolate that melt as it is baked in our special oven. Once cooked, the Calzone is sliced into bite sized pieces, dusted with icing sugar and served oozing with chocolate.
Freshly Made Petit Fours & Mini Cakes
Bite sized pastry, fruit and chocolate desserts, perfect to cure a sweet tooth after enjoying our gourmet pizzas.
Mini Gelato Paper Cups
A refreshing dessert option, particularly enjoyed during the summer months.
Fresh Fruit
A selection of seasonal tropical fruit.
Please note that we are happy to tailor our pizzas to meet the specific needs of our clients. On this basis we also offer Kosher and Halal options.
We understand that when catering for a group, there’s likely to be guests with certain dietary requirements. We happily provide gluten free and other standard alternatives but please let us know at the time of booking.
